Meet Our Founder:
Lianne Richelieu

Natureworks was founded by Lianne Richelieu, a seasoned leader, facilitator, and retreat expert with 35+ years of experience in corporate leadership, events, conferences, and team development.

Across her career, Lianne has seen firsthand how quickly leaders can lose clarity and creativity under constant pressure. She has also seen how nature — paired with thoughtful design and facilitation — can reset a person’s mindset almost instantly.

Her vision for Natureworks is simple:

Create spaces where hardworking leaders and teams can rest deeply, reconnect meaningfully, and return stronger than before.

Lianne brings a unique blend of structure, creativity, warmth, and professionalism. She is known for her ability to read a room, understand what teams need, and craft experiences that spark real transformation.

Our Retreat Properties

Natureworks hosts retreats at two unique large-format properties designed specifically for groups of leaders and teams:

Mt Shasta Retreat Home

A serene forest escape with mountain energy, quiet surroundings, and space for reflection, collaboration, and creativity.

Brookings, Oregon Retreat

A calming coastal property ideal for team connection, rejuvenation, and planning sessions.

Both homes accommodate 10 – 15 guests, are immersed in nature, and offer the comfort, beauty, and intentional design needed for a powerful retreat experience.
